Property Street is an Independent, Modern, Energetic & Exciting Estate and Letting Agents, with two offices in Chelmsford, Essex.
Setup in 2006, Property Street has been carefully designed and structured to ensure that we offer our complete range of services, across a host of towns and villages in Essex.
We have our Shop at 2a Hylands Parade, Wood Street, Chelmsford which services the local community such as Moulsham Lodge, Tile Kiln, and Galleywood, and our Client service centre at 145 New London Road, Chelmsford which covers the rest of Chelmsford, such as Springfield, Old Moulsham, Broomfield and the surrounding towns and villages.
These are Colchester, Witham, Braintree, Billericay, Stock, Brentwood, Ongar and Harlow.
We are however not bound by these borders, and often market and manage properties outside of these catchment areas.
With over 10 years experience in Customer service, sales and property, we believe that we are better equipped to sell your property than most of the agents on the high street today.
We are qualified members of the National Association of Estate Agents (The NAEA), which means we have been fully trained, passed exams, and accepted by the industry.
We are totally independent and not tied to a national chain, and we are also full members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents for your protection.
In addition, both Directors are fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors which allows us to produce Energy Performance Certificates for Vendors and Landlords, and compile Home Information Packs for our clients at industry leading rates.
We purposely try to be cheaper than all the other agents, as well as offering you a better customer service experience.
