Home Information Packs A Home Information Pack must be completed before we are legally allowed to market a property. We are able to complete all packs within 10-14 days allowing us to get your property to the market quicker than many other providers and agents. As Qualified Domestic Energy Assessors and Estate Agents we are also able to prepare and build you a Home Information Pack at a reduced cost, which will believe is the cheapest option around. Our legal work is prepared by our solicitors based in Brentwood who will help compile the packs for us.
