- Arrange for the monthly rent to be paid into your nominated bank account each month.
- Hold a set of management keys securely throughout the tenancy.
- Deal with all queries and emergencies during the tenancy on your behalf.
- Inform you on any repairs needed at your property.
- Arrange repair work if necessary using pre nominated, reputable contractors.
- Carry quarterly Inspections of your property.
- Provide an Annual statement of account for your tax returns.
- Issue section notices for your tenants.
- Arrange property renewals with your tenants, or find new tenants.
- Attend on check in and departure day at your property.
- Ensure safe return of the keys to you, or to the new tenants.
- Arrange for the return of the tenant deposit minus any costs.
- Organise cleaning or carrying out maintenance to your property.
- Call, Chase, and pursue tenants in the case of non-payment of rent.
- Help Prepare legal forms and paperwork in the event of evicting a tenant.
