The application fees are £150 + VAT per Tenant.
For an additional tenant its £75 plus VAT
Plus Inventory Costs as Follows:
- 1 Bedroom property - £70 + vat
- 2 Bedroom property - £80 + vat
- 3 Bedroom property - £95 + vat
- 4 Bedroom property - £130 + vat
- 5 Bedroom property - £155 + vat
Example Application Fee for a 1 bedroom property for a couple is
£150 + £75 + £70 = £295 plus vat
Landlords
Let only £425 plus vat
Fully Managed £99 setup fee and 9% plus vat of the monthly rental
