Buying or Renting, Your likes, dislikes, type of property, the area, and of course the price you are prepared to pay or rent. Once we have agreed exactly what you want, we'll obtain details of up to 7 properties that match your chosen criteria, from our local contacts and estate agents. We then carry out thorough inspections of the selected properties and include as many digital photographs of the property as we can, inside and out. We also have access to properties that have not even come on the market yet due to our extensive links and contacts. We then prepare a comprehensive detailed report of the area that will include details of schools with ofsted reports, doctors and hospitals, nurseries and toddler groups, gyms and social clubs, cinemas and restaurants, and any further information you might require. Once this has been completed, we'll email or post you the full details and await further instructions if needed. The whole process will take 5 working days. Our fee for this service is just £300 Property Search, Report, Viewing and Completion So you have seen our reports and want Property Street to help you complete the process. The next steps are easy. Property Street will organise viewings with the vendors to fit in with your schedule. We will help you to find a hotel or B & B should you need to stay over. We will then accompany you to the inspection of each of the short listed properties, and take you on a guided tour of the surrounding area and local amenities. Should you then wish to make an offer on a property, we will help you to negotiate on the price using our extensive local knowledge, and experience of buying and selling houses. We will then oversee the purchase process for you, and ensure everything moves smoothly until completion. We will also liaise for with solicitors for you, building contractors, and surveyors. We can also help you with removal firms and companies, and ensure everything is completed with minimum fuss and effort.
